이 방침은 Donut Weather(이하 "개발자")가 만든 모바일 게임 「와르르 서커스」(이하 "게임")가 다루는 개인정보에 적용됩니다. 게임에는 회원가입이 없고, 개발자는 이용자의 정보를 자체 서버에 모아 두지 않습니다.

1. 처리하는 정보와 목적

• 게임 진행: 최고 높이, 보석 내역(구매 주문번호 포함), 설정. 게임 기능에 쓰며 기기 안에만 저장됩니다.
• 플레이어 ID: 게임을 처음 켤 때 기기에서 만드는 무작위 번호입니다. 문의를 받을 때 보석 내역을 확인하는 데에만 씁니다.
• 문의 메일: 게임에서 문의를 보내면 이메일 주소, 문의 내용, 게임이 채워 넣는 정보(플레이어 ID, 게임 버전, 기기 모델과 OS 버전, 보석 개수), 적어 주신 경우 주문번호를 받습니다. 답변과 구매 확인에만 씁니다.

2. Google 서비스 (처리 위탁과 국외 이전)

게임은 Google LLC(미국)의 서비스를 씁니다. 게임을 쓰는 동안 아래 정보가 네트워크를 통해 Google의 서버(미국 등)로 전송되며, Google의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 보관됩니다.

• Google AdMob (광고 표시와 측정, 부정 방지): 광고 ID, 앱 세트 ID, 기기 정보, IP 주소로 추정한 대략의 위치, 광고와의 상호작용, 비정상 종료 · 진단 정보
• Google Play 결제 (앱 안 구매): 구매 내역과 주문번호. 결제 수단 정보는 Google이 처리하며 개발자는 받지 않습니다.
• Google Play 게임즈 서비스 (순위표와 클라우드 저장, 로그인한 경우): Play 게임즈 프로필(닉네임, 플레이어 ID), 최고 높이, 게임 진행 저장본

3. 광고와 선택

게임의 광고는 맞춤 광고일 수 있습니다. 유럽 경제 지역 · 영국 · 스위스에서는 맞춤 광고 전에 동의를 묻습니다. 미국 일부 주의 법은 맞춤 광고를 위해 광고 ID 등을 넘기는 것을 개인정보의 '판매' 또는 '공유'로 봅니다.

게임의 설정 → "광고 개인정보 설정"에서 언제든 동의를 바꾸거나 거부할 수 있고, 기기 설정에서 광고 ID를 삭제하거나 재설정할 수 있습니다. 맞춤 광고를 거부해도 광고는 나오지만, 관심사와 덜 관련된 광고가 됩니다.

4. 공유 기능

결과 화면의 공유 단추를 누르면 탑 사진과 글을 이용자가 고른 앱으로 보냅니다. 무엇을 누구에게 보낼지는 이용자가 정하며, 개발자는 받지 않습니다.

5. 보유 기간과 파기

• 기기 안의 정보는 게임을 지우면 함께 지워집니다. Android 자동 백업을 켜 두었다면 Google 계정의 백업에 남을 수 있습니다.
• Play 게임즈 클라우드 저장본은 Google Play 게임즈 앱의 설정에서 지울 수 있습니다.
• 문의 메일은 답변과 확인이 끝나면 지체 없이 영구 삭제합니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

이용자는 자신의 정보에 대해 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청하고 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다. contact@donutweather.net으로 요청하면 지체 없이 처리합니다. 개발자가 직접 가진 정보는 문의 메일뿐이며, 기기 안의 정보는 게임을 지워서, Google이 가진 정보는 Google 계정 설정에서 다룰 수 있습니다.

개인정보 침해에 대한 상담과 구제는 개인정보침해신고센터(privacy.kisa.or.kr, 국번 없이 118), 개인정보분쟁조정위원회(kopico.go.kr, 1833-6972)에 요청할 수 있습니다. 유럽 경제 지역 · 영국 이용자는 거주 국가의 개인정보 감독기관에 민원을 낼 수 있습니다.

7. 안전성 확보

게임은 개인정보를 개발자의 서버에 모으지 않으며, Google 서비스와의 통신은 암호화됩니다. 문의 메일은 접근이 제한된 메일함에서만 다룹니다.

8. 아동

게임은 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 정보를 알면서 모으지 않습니다. 13세 미만 아동의 정보가 전달되었다고 생각되면 알려 주세요. 지체 없이 지웁니다.

10. 방침의 변경

이 방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지에 알리고 시행일을 고칩니다.

This policy covers the personal information handled by Topple Circus, a mobile game made by Donut Weather ("we"). The game has no sign-up, and we don't keep players' information on servers of our own.

1. What we handle and why

• Game progress: best height, gem history (including purchase order numbers) and settings. Used to run the game and kept only on your device.
• Player ID: a random number the game makes on your device the first time it runs. We use it only to look up your gem history when you contact us.
• Support emails: if you contact us from the game, we receive your email address, your message, the details the game fills in (player ID, game version, device model and OS version, gem balance) and an order number if you add one. We use them only to answer you and check purchases.
• Information handled by Google services: see section 2.

In the EEA and the UK, our legal bases are providing the game you asked for, our legitimate interest in answering you, and your consent for personalized ads.

2. Google services

The game uses services from Google LLC (USA). While you play, the information below is sent over the network to Google's servers, which may be in the United States or other countries, and kept under Google's privacy policy.

• Google AdMob (showing and measuring ads, preventing fraud): advertising ID, app set ID, device information, approximate location from your IP address, ad interactions, crash and diagnostic data
• Google Play Billing (in-app purchases): purchase history and order numbers. Google handles your payment details; we never receive them.
• Google Play Games Services (leaderboards and cloud saves, if you sign in): Play Games profile (nickname, player ID), best height, saved game progress
• Google Play In-App Review (rating prompt): your Google account. Reviews go to Google Play.

3. Ads and your choices

Ads in the game may be personalized. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, the game asks for your consent before showing personalized ads. Some US state laws treat passing an advertising ID on for personalized ads as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time in the ad privacy settings in the game's Settings, and you can delete or reset your advertising ID in your device settings. You'll still see ads, but they'll be less related to your interests.

4. Sharing a picture

The share button on the results screen sends a picture of your tower and a line of text to the app you pick. You choose what goes where; we don't receive it.

5. Keeping and deleting

• Information on your device is deleted when you uninstall the game. If Android backup is on, a copy may remain in your Google account's backup.
• You can delete Play Games cloud saves in the Google Play Games app's settings.
• We permanently delete support emails as soon as we've answered and checked what we needed.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, ask us to stop using it, or withdraw your consent. Email contact@donutweather.net and we'll act on it promptly. The only information we hold ourselves is support email; information on your device goes when you uninstall the game, and you can manage what Google holds in your Google account settings.

In the EEA and the UK, you can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

7. Security

The game doesn't collect personal information on servers of ours, and its traffic with Google services is encrypted. Support email is handled only in a mailbox with restricted access.

8. Children

The game isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child under 13 has sent us information, tell us and we'll delete it promptly.
